Weidian QC Photos: What to Check
Your agent photographs every Weidian item when it reaches the warehouse. Those QC photos are your one chance to catch a problem before you pay for international shipping.
Size and version first
Check that the agent received the version and size you ordered: compare the tag and the tape measurement in the photos with the size chart on the Weidian listing.
Then the details
For sneakers, look at the side profile, the toe box and the stitching at the heel. For clothing, look at prints, embroidery, collars and cuffs. For bags and accessories, look at edges, hardware and engravings. Compare the same angles with retail photos.
Flaws to flag
Glue marks, loose threads, stains, scratches and uneven panels. Ask the agent whether a mark can be cleaned; if not, ask for an exchange.
Exchanging a Weidian item
Before the parcel ships, the agent can return the item to the Weidian seller for another one or a refund. You usually only pay domestic shipping inside China. Once the parcel has left, that option is gone.
